How to manage your subscription
How do I know if I even signed up for a subscription?
Kobi is marketed by the Google Play Online Store. To make a subscription, Google Play took you through a purchase process in which you had to provide your payment information. You recieved an order message that also includes a 16-digit order number. Only then could you use KOBI in full functionality, you had access to the library, not just the DEMO book. You may have activated a longer free period using a CODE. If you have not subscribed, KOBI is not listed under “Subscriptions”.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription follow the steps below.
Step by step
- 1 Open Google Play application
- 2 Open the Settings Panel in Google Play app
- 3 Choose “Subscriptions”
- 4 Choose KOBI and continue to manage the subscription
- 5 Choose "Cancel Subscription"
- Get a special discount we are offering until the end of April
